Yes, for most apartments the minimum is three nights. However some apartments could accept a shorter stay, so ask us and we'll do our best to help you.
A hotel room provides little more than a bed and bath. RomeRents offers fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. Residents can prepare their own meals and enjoy plenty of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
There are several significant cost advantages. On average our rates are 30%-50% less than upscale hotels. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.
For up to three weeks rental, utilities are included, for longer rentals are calculated separately.
Some apartments require an extra amount per person sleeping in sofa beds, and some owners charge different rates for peak seasons like Easter or Christmas, but you'll be advised in the first email we exchange.
None, everything is included in the price. However, some owners charge the tourist tax (euro 3,5 pp/d) on the side, but you'll be advised before making the reservation.
